Media Support Technician
Buena Vista University currently has an opening for a Media Support Technician in the Event Technical Services department. BVU seeks a qualified theater technician to assist with live performance and presentation events on campus. The qualified applicant will primarily be responsible for operating and maintaining theatrical lighting equipment, but also assisting with other aspects of event production. Qualified applicant will also be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining multimedia classroom technology around campus. Good customer service skills required. High School diploma or equivalent is required and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
