Complete the transfer application online or mail to: Office of Admissions, Buena Vista University, 610 W. Fourth Street, Storm Lake, Iowa 50588.
Have your high school send an official final secondary school transcript to the Office of Admissions. (If you graduated from high school ten years ago or more you will not need to submit a high school transcript.)
Have an official copy of all college transcripts forwarded to the Office of Admissions. Transcripts stamped "student issued" are not considered official.
To be considered for financial assistance, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon after January 1 as you can. Mid-year transfer applicants should contact the Department of Education at 800.4.FED.AID and add BVU to your information as soon as possible. BVU's federal school code is: 001847.
