High School Transcript

Have your high school send an official final secondary school transcript to the Office of Admissions. (If you graduated from high school ten years ago or more you will not need to submit a high school transcript.)

Transcripts

Have an official copy of all college transcripts forwarded to the Office of Admissions. Transcripts stamped "student issued" are not considered official.

Summary of Activities, Honors and Awards

Submit a summary of your co-curricular activities, community activities, honors, awards and hobbies. List years of participation, positions or instruments played and positions of leadership held.

Financial Aid Materials

To be considered for financial assistance, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon after January 1 as you can. Mid-year transfer applicants should contact the Department of Education at 1.800.4.FED.AID and add BVU to your information as soon as possible. BVU's federal school code is: 001847.
