#19 Megan Schroeder

About Megan: Born 8/25/91...Is the daughter of Kevin and Kathy...has two brothers, Nick and Zach, as well as a sister, Maddi.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner in soccer for the Tigers. As a senior, she was voted as a team captain and voted as the Most Valuable Teammate. She also earned Second Team All-Hawkeye 10 accolades. In 2008 and 2009, she was tabbed as an Honorable Mention all-conference performer. Aside from the soccer field, she earned three letters in swimming and one in track. While in the pool, she served as a varsity swim captain as a junior and finished in the top-16 in the state. In addition to her athletic achievements, Schroeder also served as a member on the National Honor Society and finished in the top-10 of her graduating class.

College Highlights: She joined the Beavers in 2011 after not playing soccer competitively in 2010. Came off the bench in 12 games for the Beavers and helped the team defensively post the fewest goals allowed in a single season (27).
