#2 Casey Tims

About Casey: Born 5/31/91...Is the daughter of Mark and Kathleen...has two brothers, Eric and Patrick.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner for the Cougars in soccer. She As both a junior and senior, she served as a team captain, while also earning All-Conference recognition following her senior season. Aside from soccer, she also a varsity letter as a junior in swimming, as well as three letters in marching band and one in show choir. In addition to her athletics, Tims was a member of the National Honor Society and was listed on the Honor Roll.

College Highlights: Transferred to Buena Vista after playing at Iowa Western Community College and being named a NJCAA Academic All-American in 2010. Started 18 games for the Beavers during her first season in 2011. Was a keep part as a defender in helping the Beavers allow its fewest goals (27) in school history. She also recorded her first goal with BVU against Faith Baptist before chipping in with her only assist of the year against Finlandia. Aside from playing soccer, she has also been involved with various volunteer activities on campus, including an Academic Assistant and also writing for the TACK.
