About Alex: Born 12/17/92...is the son of Craig and Teresa Savage.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner on the court for the Maroons...He was a two-year team captain, while earning First Team All-District honors in 2010-11 for a team that also qualified into the State Tournament. He finished his senior campaign with the highest assist total for any senior in Class 4A.

College Highlights: Was a key reserve for the team off the bench as a freshman in 2011-12, averaging 12.6 minutes per outing and earning a varsity letter. Came off the bench at home against Cornell on January fourth and went 2-of-2 from downtown en route to scoring nine points, while also dishing out five assists. Made a season-high three field goals and dished out a pair of assists during the team’s NCAA Tournament game against Wash U on March 2.
