About Joe: Born 11/22/93...is the son of Allen and Barbara Frost...has three sisters, Kayla, Amanda and Megan...Amanda played basketball at Mount Mercy.
High School Highlights: Was a four-year letterwinner for Coach Berggren and the Cyclones. He finished his prep career as an all-conference performer his final two years, including the NICL East Conference MVP as a senior. He was an Iowa Newspaper Association (INA) Second Team All-State selection as a senior. In addition to basketball, he also earned four letters in football and was a First Team All-District selection at quarterback his senior year. He also lettered in soccer as a freshman. Aside from athletics, he was a member of the National Honor Society.
