About Nick: Born 11/2/90...Nick is the son of Mark and Carolyn Plueger. He has one brother, Jerad.
High School Highlights: Nick was coached by Jim Boyd as a Bulldog. He earned the honors of Honorable Mention All-District linebacker two consecutive years (2007 & 2008). He has also lettered in track three years and basketball once. Outside of athletics, Plueger has been Academic All-Conference in track and football, listed on the Honor Roll, and earned Rotary Student of the Month awards.
College Highlights: In 2009, Nick saw action in three contests for the Beavers, the first of which was against UW-Platteville. In his sophomore season in 2010, Nick saw action in six games and made seven tackles, including three solo. Posted a career-best 21 total stops as a junior in 2011, including six against Concordia-Moorhead in week two.
