Football Lands Eight All-Conference Selections; Anderson Tabbed Coach of the Year
The Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2008 All-Conference team on Thursday afternoon, and Buena Vista was recognized with eight players, including four on the First Team. In addition, head coach Jay Anderson was tabbed as the league's Coach of the Year.

Football Bounces Back with 30-12 Win at Cornell
Sophomore Cory Donscheski rushed for 148 yards, and senior quarterback Matt Pearey passed for 164 more, as the Buena Vista football team finished the season perfect on the road with a 30-12 victory over Cornell College (0-10, 0-9 IIAC).

Football Travels to Cornell College for Regular Season Finale
The Buena Vista football team (6-3, 5-2 IIAC) looks to rebound, after seeing its conference title hopes erased with a tough 23-14 home loss to Central a week ago, by finishing in sole posession of second place in the Iowa Conference standings with a road win on Saturday at Cornell College (0-9, 0-7 IIAC).
