#M Seth Woodson

About Seth: Born 7/8/93...is the son of Patricia Woodson...has two brothers, Michael and Garrett, as well as three sisters, Alicia, Vanesa and Selena.

High School Highlights: Was a two-time letterwinner in cross country for the Knights, earning First Team all-conference accolades in both 2010 and 2011, to go along with First Team All-State recognition in 2011. He placed 26th at the state meet in 2010 before jumping all the way up to 10th in 2011. In addition to cross country, Seth lettered four years in track. In 2010, he was a First Team All-Conference performer and the league MVP, an all-state selection, placing second in the 800 at the state meet. In 2011, he was also earned First Team All-Conference accolades, was again named conference MVP, placed sixth in the 800, seventh in the 400 and fifth in the 4x200 meter relay. He also lettered twice in basketball, earning Second Team All-Conference honors in 2011. Seth also lettered one year in baseball.

College Highlights: The 2012 season is Seth's first as a member of the cross country team. He ran for the Beaver track and field team as a freshman and captured the Iowa Conference title in the outdoor 800 meter run.
