High School Highlights: She was a four-year letterwinner for the Hawks' Dance Team and took part in the State Dance Competition each year. She was named to the All-Iowa Honor Dance Team as both a junior and senior. She was cheer captain for both the Hawk's Dance and Football teams. Aside from her dancing, she also earned three letters as a cheerleader and lettered her freshman year in softball.

College Highlights: During her time on campus, she has spent time Volunteering at the Storm Lake elementary school.
