Eight Individuals Named to Winter IIAC All-Academic Team

The Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) announced late Monday its Winter All-Academic Team, and Buena Vista was represented with eight individuals being recognized.

To be eligible for IIAC All-Academic Team honors a student-athlete must compete at the varsity level, be at least a sophomore in academic standing with at least one year in residence and attain a 3.5 or better grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).

The total was the sixth-highest among the eight conference schools.  Coe College landed the high total with 18.

BVU had three men’s basketball players on the list which was the third-highest among the eight league schools.
