Swasti Bhattacharyya is the author of Magical Progeny, Modern Technology:  A Hindu Bioethics of Assisted Reproductive Technology (State University of New York Press, 2006) and a number of articles and presentations on ethics, religion, social justice, and pedagogy.  She is a part of Buena Vista University’s Gender & Woman Studies program.  In addition, she serves on the board for the Peace & Justice Studies Association and is actively involved with the American Academy of Religion.
