Casey has experience working in the Mental Health field in various clinical setting including private practice, college campus, and community mental health. Casey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Minnesota. Casey is a Licensed mental health Counseling (LMHC) in the state of Iowa. Additionally, she is a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
Casey is active in professional organizations including the American Counseling Association (ACA), Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), and the Association for Play Therapy (APT). She regularly presents at the state, regional, national and international level. Her research interests include career development of women, work-life balance, mental health and motherhood, counseling technology, and infertility related stress.
