Training and development has a huge impact on human resource management and will see significant changes in the future. Training is evolving on a daily basis, making E-training more prevalent in business environments. Some questions to be answered are: Why is E-training important, how does a business go about implementing a successful E-training program, and how does E-training affect HR policies and procedures? This project will review traditional types of training and development in business and how E-training is becoming integrated into the workplace.
