Financial Decisions: Buying or Renting

As a college graduate you will be forced to quickly make numerous financial decisions that will set the course for the rest of your life. Sounds scary, right? Most likely you’re not prepared and neither am I, but one decision that is a no brainer is to buy a house like everyone else. Purchasing a house is the American dream; it’s a symbol of social status, it shows you’ve made it! Or… does the purchase of a house really mean you are obligated to pay rent to a mortgage company for the next 30 years. Come to my presentation and find out a few tips that a College Graduate should consider when they have to decide whether to buy or rent.
