"Ching Chi Kung Fu: Meditation in Motion" is an interim class for students to explore the graceful and reflective movements of kung fu, while also broadening their understanding of Eastern healing methods. For the first hour of class students try to eliminate the distractions in front of them and focus solely on their movements and breathing.

Then students move into the classroom for discussions on spiritual and physical wellness, but in a completely different vein than we typically look at healing.
