In an authentic and compelling manner, Sean Campbell shares his personal experiences in coping with mental health issues and trauma, his adversities of living with a father with bipolar disorder and alcoholism, and the wellness strategies he has developed to maintain positive mental hygiene in his life, all while becoming an author, award-winning international advocate and entrepreneur by 23 years old.

At 23 years old, Sean Campbell is committed to promoting wellness and tolerance on a global scale, while striving to reduce stigma and fear associated with interpersonal and cultural differences. Sean uses writing, advocacy and documentary film as mediums to promote stigma-free societies across the world. Currently, his two particular areas of focus, reflective of his personal experiences, are mental health and the Middle East.
