It's not just about embracing differences, but embracing our own identity. Can an individual make meaning of the terms "diversity", "social justice" or "multiculturalism" when they are still discovering who they are? Learning to recognize and acknowledge your preconceived notions, instilled biases, and incorrect prejudices is an ongoing process. To do so, we must first examine ourselves. This interactive program will explore personal identity, privilege, oppression, and how to connect with others even when you don't think you have anything in common.
