Recreation Services will be sponsoring group fitness classes during the spring semester. 'Total Body Conditioning' classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm in the Wellness Room. 'Body Weight Boot Camp' classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm in White (4th floor programming room). All classes are open to students, faculty and staff, but will be limited to the first 10 participants for 'TBC' and 20 participants for 'BWBC' that show up the day of class. No per-registration required. Class format will vary but will comprise of moderate-high intensity interval training with modifications for beginner-advanced. What a great way to stay active!
