The US Government bought $ 2 Trillion worth of products and services from private companies and organizations in 2011 to execute its various missions. In order to gain a contract to deliver those services, organizations and companies must submit proposals to government committees in a competitive bid process. This bidding process is arduous and highly proscriptive so companies like Blue Capture Consulting have arisen to help in the proposal process.
