Learn about the health benefits associated with yoga, including improved flexibility, more strength, better concentration, improved posture, & better breathing. Friday Feb. 22, 2013 is NIRSA’s National Recreational Sports & Fitness Day. BVU Recreation Services & Team Wellness have collaborated to bring fitness opportunities to you throughout the day! All Students, Faculty, & Staff are welcome to participate. No registration is required - feel free to come and go as your schedule allows.
