Recreation Services will be sponsoring group fitness classes during the spring semester. 'Total Body Conditioning' classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm in the Wellness Room (near Equipment Room in the Fieldhouse). All classes are open to students, faculty and staff, but will be limited to the first 10 participants that show up the day of class. No preregistration required. Class format will vary but will comprise of moderate intensity interval training and toning exercises with modifications for beginner-advanced. What a great way to stay active!
