Professor Charlie Love has been studying the island's archaeology and statues for 35 years.  He has moved a 9 ton statue replica upright with 25 people and a one inch hemp rope. He and his students have mapped and excavated the roadways the Islanders moved the statues on.  Come and explore Easter Island's archaeology and its people.
