You are invited to “Wines of the World” hosted by Dr. Meg McKeon, Vice President for Student Affairs and Ken Allen, Director of Sodexo Food Services. This event will be held Tuesday evening, February 26, 2013 in Dows Conference Center from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. A Student ID is required; Attire is Business Casual. This will be a unique opportunity for you to learn about and taste different types of wine from featured regions of the world and the food that is traditionally paired with different types of wines. Other wine etiquette includes how to select a wine for a meal, proper glasses for different types of wine, how to properly hold a wine glass and how to select a wine to give as a gift.
