Buford traveled overseas with Dr. Peter Steineld, Associate Dean of Faculty. In Sapporo, Japan, they helped celebrate the founding of Hokusei Gakuen University. Then it was off to Taiwan to visit BVU's partners at Taipei Language Institute.
